His work assignments have led him to living and working in Australia, the USA and the United Kingdom. He has worked with international peak performance coach Anthony Robbins in the UK and USA, was the UK MD of the Covey Leadership Centre.
He speaks frequently to CEOs, business leaders and organisations on business development, the new corporate paradigm, leadership and entrepreneurship.

A native Australian who has spent more time living abroad than in Australia – Aussies consider him a tourist!


Ben is an experienced coach, mentor and sales practitioner. Passionate about helping people be the best they can be, he delivers thought leadership and strategic development solutions to his clients. Ben increases sales performance through coaching both senior management and sales teams in consultative selling, presentation and communication skills and personal effectiveness.   Ben also mentors bidding teams to enhance the win probability on major deals. He has worked with a diverse range of clients across varied sectors such as, Technology, Retail, Advertising, Automotive, FMCG, Financial Services, Government, Travel and Hospitality and Utilities.  


With an average deal size in excess of £100m, Ben cut his teeth in the big-ticket technology and outsourcing world where incredibly tight margins meant negotiating on price simply wasn’t an option. Creatively driving value into the deal was the key to success. Ben is a passionate advocate of the insight-led sales approach; helping the client achieve their goals and delivering increased sales value.   Ben has held leadership roles with FTSE 100 players Capita and Serco where he was responsible for securing over £1.5 billion of transformational partnerships with new clients in a number of global markets. These included Latin America, the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent.  


After leaving the corporate world Ben began coaching and mentoring a range of clients from Fortune 500® companies, through to SMEs to become more effective at selling into their chosen markets. Ben subsequently joined forces with Intelligent Inspiration, led by Brad Waldron. Ben first met Brad nearly 20 years ago and they share the same outlook on life — do good, love what you do, and do what you love.
